Pythagorion Harbour Studio

Our renovated and eclectic Pythagorion Harbour Studio sits right on the picturesque and bustling harbour. Its prime location in the charming fishing village offers breath-taking views. You can admire the boulevard, the harbour, and the Aegean Sea all the way to the coast of Turkey.

The studio
The unique and ergonomically furnished studio is fully equipped. It comes with a kitchenette and cupboards, two hobs, a microwave oven, a toaster, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a coffee maker (for Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, pods or ground beans). There is also a cozy dining area for two people.
The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for your clothes with a large mirror.
The bathroom is simply stunning. It offers a spacious shower cubicle with rain shower, a toilet and a sink with storage space and a mirror cabinet.
There is a separate workplace that can be folded out when necessary and serves as shelves when folded.
The studio is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV providing many international channels and apps. There is free WIFI and air conditioning.
The small outdoor seating area in front of the studio is the perfect place to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the harbour. Imagine sipping a cool drink as you watch the sun setting over the water and watching the people stroll by. A wonderful way to experience your holiday!

The harbour is the bustling heart of Pythagorion, especially at night. Here you will find many different restaurants and cozy cafes to choose from. Shops selling local produce, art, clothing and souvenirs are just a short walk from the studio. Just like some beaches, archaeological sites and various transport options.
With the airport of Samos only 3 km away, you can enjoy your stay within minutes from arriving on the island!

Remark
The studio is located directly on the lively harbour and is not completely soundproof. Please note that you may hear music and other noises in the evening when restaurants and cafes are open.
